Ballistics expert Robert Hutton, owner and manager of the famous rifleman's paradise, supervises a firing-in test of a high-powered rifle in the hands of Miss Jane Toberman, daughter of one of the Southland's pioneer families, who is an expert shot in her own right. The Hutton Rifle Ranch is the only rifle range in the world where the rifleman may shoot with a shady bench rest, spotting scope and target to 500-yards which are placed for him, electronic equipment to measure bullets' speed, graph devices to map bullets' flight and coaches to give needed advice.
